Terms for quotes, published prices, our treat and remove method, guarantees and payment when you book bee or wasp removal with us anywhere in Victoria.
Scope
By asking Bees and Wasps Removal for a quote or booking bee or wasp removal anywhere in Victoria, you accept these conditions.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights sit above anything written here.
Pricing
Website prices are starting prices and are shown as "from". Your price depends on where the nest or colony is, its size, the height and the access.
- You get a price before any work starts
- Quotes are based on your description and what we find on the day
- Extra work is explained and only done with your approval
- All prices include GST
Our method
We are a pest control service. Bee colonies and wasp nests are treated with registered products and removed. We do not relocate bees or keep hives.
Bookings
Jobs are booked 7 days, during daylight hours. Urgent calls are prioritised, arrival times are estimates and we ring if we are running late.
If plans change, a quick call ahead lets us offer the slot to someone else.
Your part
To help the job go smoothly, please:
- Tell us beforehand about anyone at the property with a sting allergy, and about pets
- Give us clear access to the nest area, roof space or wall as agreed
- Keep people and pets away from treated areas for the time we advise
- Do not block a treated entrance unless we tell you to
Guarantees
Bee cavities we cut out and seal carry a 12 month guarantee on the seal. Wasp nests we treat carry a 6 month warranty on that nest. If either fails in that time, we return at no charge.
Not covered: new nests built in a different place, gaps you chose not to seal, or damage from storms, renovations or other trades.
Building work
Opening a wall, eave or roof to cut out comb is agreed with you first. Making good plaster, tiles or cladding beyond a small opening is quoted separately.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete. We confirm the accepted payment methods when you book.
Our responsibility
We do our work with due care and skill, and the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for damage that existed before our visit, or for problems caused when our advice is not followed.
